Web push notifications appear at the top or bottom of your browser’s window, even if you are offline when they are sent. Push notifications may be annoying, especially when accompanied by an alert, so you often want to disable them. Go to Settings
Click on the Settings icon at the right of your browser window and choose “Settings.”
Choose Advanced Settings
Go to the bottom of the page and choose “Advanced.”
Click Content Settings
Click Content settings under “Privacy and security.”
Choose Notifications
Click “Notifications.”
Enable or Disable Notifications
To enable notifications, click “Allow all sites to show notifications.”
To disable notifications, click “Do not allow any site to show notifications.”
If you are not sure whether you want to receive notifications or not, click “Ask when a site wants to show notifications.”
Manage exceptions
If you once permitted a website to show notifications, but now you do not want, choose “Manage exceptions” and put X to the right of the site. Click “Done.”
Web push notifications are an excellent way to inform the users about the latest news, trends, sales, advertisements.
To avoid having your notifications disabled, send them only to users who gave you permission by clicking "Allow push notification."
