SendPulse has developed a long-term Loyalty Program to reward its regular users with special credits. Read the following guidelines to learn about these credits, and how you can get and spend them.
What is a MERCI loyalty program credit?
A credit is a payment unit, used to thank customers and encourage them to continue using SendPulse. Users will get credits for registering with SendPulse, activating, and extending different service plans as well as using other features. Once a user has collected enough credits, they can use them instead of cash to pay for services. Credits are added to and withdrawn from the credit balance in the user’s account according to the rules specified in the section “How to Participate in the Program” below.
How to Participate in the Program
A user automatically participates in the Loyalty Program after registering their SendPulse account. The registered user will see the current credit balance in the corresponding field after confirming their account via email.
If you are using SendPulse, you will get credits every month. You receive credits immediately after registering. Detailed information on your credit balance is available on the transaction history page.
What are the credits added for?
The table below specifies the number of credits a user gets for each of the following actions.

Users will be able to use credits to pay for service plans. The number of spent credits is available on the transaction history page.
Credit Price and Crediting Formula
When you sign up for a service plan, the number of credits you get depends on the selected Email or SMTP plan. Credits are added based on the following algorithm:
3% of the price of the chosen plan is calculated.
If you pay for services in a currency other than USD, the price is converted first to USD at the current exchange rates and then to credits.
Credit price: $0.01 = 1 credit.
For example, you sign up for a monthly email subscription with 10,000 subscribers, it costs $53. 3% of this sum equals $1.59 that is 159 credits.
This is the number of credits you will see in your transaction history.
When you use the collected credits to pay for any service plan, they will be withdrawn from your balance. The corresponding information will be displayed in your transaction history.
